About the event
On 9 July 2026, TERRANIDI opens its doors in Genk.
A new space dedicated to the work and universe of Koen Vanmechelen, where art, biodiversity and human connection meet.
Named after nidus, the Latin word for nest, TERRANIDI is conceived as a place of encounter, dialogue and exchange. An intimate setting where ideas can take root and connections are given time to grow.
We warmly invite you to join us for an evening in the presence of the artist and to discover the new works. The evening opens with a speech by gallery director Chido Govera, followed by drinks, bites and music by DJ All the Gin Joints.
